This Regulation, consisting of 13 articles, concerns the Development of Partnership in the Franchise of Food and Beverage-Service Business Line. It establishes the requirements to be met by Franchising Business Services in order to perform food and beverage related activity. The objectives of the Business Line of Food and Beverage Service shall include: Restaurants; Food Stall; Bar, Discoteque and Cafés.
