This Regulation, consisting of 40 articles and two Appendixes, establishes provisions for the impor of horticultural products. It defines horticulture as all matters relating to fruits, vegetables, medicinal plants ingredients and floriculture including mushrooms, mosses and water plants which function as vegetables, medicinal plant ingredients and/or aesthetic materials.
