This Regulation, consisting of 119 articles divided into XI Chapters, regulates the following sectors: Sea transport activity by serving marine transportation; Deep Sea Foreign Transportation; Overseas Marine Transport; Special Sea transport; Sea Transport for Passengers; National Marine Transportation Company; Cruise-Pilot in the water transport services that are set by the government to serve areas not served by public transport, etc.
