The Minister, on the basis of subsections 2 (3), 12 (5), 15 (6), 18 (3) and (6), 20 (5) and 22 (9) of the Seed and Plant Propagating Material Act (RT I 1998, 52/53, 771), and taking into account the provisions of the Council Directive 70/458/EEC (OJ L 225, 12.10.70), endorses “Categories of vegetable seed, and procedures for packaging, marketing and importation of vegetable seed” (attached).
