This Regulation prescribes the requirements aimed to regulate the use, processing and marketing of natural mineral waters, natural spring and table waters, in particular related to the: physical, chemical, physico-chemical and sensory characteristics and composition; microbiological criteria and standards; authorized technological treatment procedures; analytical methods; and additional labelling and packaging requirements and standards to be observed.
