This Regulation specifies the activities in the field of forestry, water supply and wildlife for which a professional licence is required. Foreign subjects shall obtain a professional licence for the following activities: forest management; reforestation; forest improvements; operations in mountains; roads in forests; management of flora; protection from diseases, damages and fires; management of pastures and meadows; building and repair of works in order to ensure drinkable water in pastures an
