This Regulation promotes the Fishing Operational Program (MARE) sustainable development programme for the fishing sector, it envisages the protection and development of aquatic resources, aquaculture, fishing harbours, transformation and commercialization. This programme aims to protect juvenile fish and increase aquatic resource potential in coastline fishing zones.
