This Regulation approves the Regulation enforcing the measure for the «Protection and Development of Aquatic Resources». It consists of 14 articles establishing the requirements to be satisfied in order to benefit from incentives to be issued to this project for the improvement of the production and management of aquatic resources within coastal areas. The project shall be under the competence of the Fisheries and Sea Research Institution (IPIMAR).
