This Regulation establishes the procedures for submittal of application to the competent authority for obtaining authorization for organic farming, organic plant production, mushroom picking, bee-keeping and organic livestock production, criteria for the issuance of authorization and the modalities of processing of the aforesaid applications. Annexes contain format of applications.
