This Regulation establishes the procedure for inspecting plants, plant products and other objects at the border inspection post and authorised destination upon their conveyance from third countries to Estonia. In the course of an inspection of a consignment a supervisory official of the Plant Production Inspectorate shall check the documents, the identity of the consignment and the conformity of the consignment with plant health requirements. In the course of a documentary check at a border insp
