This Regulation approves the Regulation enforcing the measure for the «improvement of harbour equipments and facilities for fishing activity». It consists of 17 articles and 1 annex establishing the requirements to be satisfied in order to benefit from incentives to be issued for the improvement of the fishing infrastructures, facilities and equipments in order to guarantee good conditions of sea-food conservation, working, hygiene and safety.
