This Regulation applies to commercial fishery, where the sale of hunt and fishing is equivalent to more than 50 000 NOK each calendar year, and to the acquisition license, registration and identification of fishing vessels. Requirement of prior activity of fishery shall not apply when granting fishing permits to vessels under 15 meters in length.
