Regulation No. 1161 on cessation of mackerel fishing in 2013 for vessels with access to yarn and string.

Fishing for mackerel with yarn shall cease from 28 September 2013 at 9:00, with a deadline on registration of catch at 10:00. Should fishing activity not be registered, deadline for delivery of catch shall fall on the same day at 19:00. Fishing vessels may vessels continue their fishing activities within the guaranteed quotas. Non compliace with this regulationshall be subject to penalties in adherence to articles 60, 64 and 65 of Act No. 37.
