This Regulation amends Article 39, section 1 which now reads: " After expiry of the period laid down by the Act's articles 3-9, section 1, first sentence, the area fee shall correspond to: first year fee of NOK 34 000 /km², second year fee of NOK 68 000 /km ² and NOK 137 000 /km ² for thee following year".
