The regulations of this Order apply to fishing in international waters in the area north of 35° N and west of a line drawn along meridian 42° W to position 59° N 42° W and thence along meridian 44° W to the coast of Greenland (NAFO area). Those sections of the NAFO area are defined as divisions or sub-areas which are described by a number between 1 and 6 and the addition of one or more letters (example 3L).
