The Regulation applies to Norwegian fishing vessels measuring up to a maximum length of 15 meters. It sets rules regarding the registration, utilization and implementation in fisheries of these vessels, keeping in consideration electronic and fire alarm systems for the prevention of any accidents on board. The Appendices included in the document define the necessary documentations and guidelines for these vessels to comply with its regulations.
