This Regulation establishes provisions on fishing and only authorized fishery is given in adherence to Marine Resources Act No. 37. To participate in a closed fishery group in 2014, fishing vessels must obtain permission for participation with same equipment and methods as in 2013. The Regulation also implements 2014 recruitment regulations of Act No. 815 of 1 July 2013.
