The Documents sets restrictions of sandeeel-fishing in 2014 for Norwegian vessels. It is not permitted to fish nor land sandeel in 2014 for Norwegian fishing vessels. Non-compliance with this restriction shall be subject to penalties specified in articles 60-61 and 64-65 of Act No. 37.
