It is not permitted to Norwegian vessels to fish or land pout in 2014. However, they are authorized to participate in fishing and landing maximum 108 000 tons in 2014 and between 1 April and 31 October. Fishery may be limited to a maximum quota for these vessels, however it is not allowed to have a bycatch of pout fish or blue whiting unless the catch of pout can be offset against the vessel's (pout) quota. No transfer of catch can occurr between vessels.
