The Regulation provides assessment of infringement fees in adherence to the Competition Act. The leniency meant in this Regulation applies to whole or partial reduction of violation charges. The provisions concerning the assessment of infringement fees applies correspondingly to associations. A fine of up to 1% of business turnover shall apply.
