Substantive and formal requirements for applications submitted for obtaining written consent for importing to Estonia and scientific research of feedingstuffs. A person wishing to import to Estonia and use for scientific research additives in feedingstuffs and certain products used in animal nutrition and feedingstuffs containing them specified in subsection 15 (1) of the Feedingstuffs Act shall submit a written application for obtaining written consent in compliance with the format specified in
