The Document applies to the authorization of hunting for seals in accordance with Regulation No. 1745 and the total quota permitted thereof: hunting in Lysefjord in Rogaland County, Sognefjord in Sogn and Fjordane county, Orskjaerene outside Averoey in Moere and Romsdal county is not permitted (art. 1) and quota for grey seals hunting is specified in article 2.
