It is not permitted to Norwegian vessels to fish and land Greenland halibut north of 62 N in 2014. It is however permitted to fish and land up to a maximum of 9 675 tons of Greenland halibut, of which 200 tons is allocated for research purposes. The Regulation indicates an authorized total allowable catch for vessels measuring maximum 28 meters of length (art. 3).
