There Regulation establishes permission to Norwegian vessels to fish and land mackerel in 2014. It sets rules on group quotas for vessels in coastal vessel groups, fishing seine groups, fishing trawl groups, fishing in coastal vessel group, and authorized method of fishing. It is not permitted for Norwegian vessels to fish for mackerel in 2014 - however exeption is made to fishing and landing of 278 868 tons of mackerel in territorial waters and economic zone, fishery zone around Jan Mayen, the
