This Regulation aims at preventing and reducing the pollution of water environments caused by the discharge of hazardous substances. It sets out standards concerning the maximum quantities of discharges allowed. The Regulation consists of five Chapters: (I) General Provisions; (II) Standards applicable to discharges of hazardous substances into waters ; (III) Standards applicable to liquid urban waste; (IV) Criteria for zoning water environments; (V) Monitoring.
