The pesticide residue content in and on fruit and vegetables shall comply with the maximum residue levels set out in Annex 1 to this Regulation. The pesticide residue content in and on the dried leaves and stalks, fermented or otherwise of the tea plant (Camellia sinensis) shall comply with the maximum residue levels set out in Annex 2 to this Regulation.
