This Regulation stipulates the removal from the forestry fund of 7.5 ha of forests at the Dhembel-Kala, Permet forestry economy that will be given to the ‘Albanera’ Ltd. for masonry activities. The business operator is responsible for rehabilitating and reforesting 7.5 ha of forests within a period of 2 years in the areas defined by the local authorities. The map of the removed areas is attached to the Regulation.
