This Regulation concerns the practices to be followed for the conservation and distribution of milk and dairy products. It consists of two Chapters: (I) Requirements for outer spaces used for milk conservation and distribution, including places allowed for passage and parking of vehicles, loading, unloading and drainage; (II) Requirements for buildings.
