This Regulation approves technical measures for enforcing the Regulation on production and trade of citrus fruits propagative materials. This Regulation consists of 3 annexes establishing technical procedure for the production and control of certified citrus fruits propagative materials, including: producer category; licensing; sanitary requirements to be met by plant nursery and laboratory analysis.
