The Regulation establishes the State Inspectorate of Environment, Forests, Waters and Fishery as a central institution managed by the minister of environment, forests, water, and fishery. The inspectorate mission is to guarantee the enforcement of related law at both central and local levels. Its authorities and responsibilities are further laid down by the regulation.
