Regulation No. 224 validating the Detailed List of Areas of Activity Requiring Consideration of Need for Initiation of Environmental Impact Assessment.

This Regulation specifies the list of the areas of activity requiring consideration of the need for initiation of the environmental impact assessment of the proposed activity. The decision-maker is required to consider the need for initiation of the environmental impact assessment of the proposed activity on amendment of the activity licence if as a result of the amendment of the activity licence the overall activity complies with the criteria provided for in this Regulation.
