This Regulation establishes that the official name of the organic farming register is the "Organic Farming Register". The purpose of keeping the register is to keep record of the persons engaged in the field of organic farming and of the approved enterprises thereof in a manner accessible to the public which enables the exercise of effective supervision. Chief processor and authorised processors of register shall be: (a) the chief processor of the register is the Ministry of Agriculture; and (b)
