Regulation No. 34 of the Minister of Environment approving the Procedure for Informing Holders of Real Estate on National Water Monitoring Activities.

Holders of real estate whose land lot a monitoring site is located on, shall be informed about the location of the monitoring site and the monitoring activities carried out therein by the responsible executor of the relevant monitoring programme. Holders of real estate shall be informed by means of a written notification about: (a) the name, position and address of the person carrying out
