This Regulation amends articles 4, 5, and 11 of Regulation No. 8-A/2000 on SIPESCA Regulation - Incentive System for fishing activities for 2000-2001. These articles regulate the issuing of incentives for fishing gear purchasing, maximum value of incentives to be issued, administrative requirements, etc.
