This Regulation proclaims the natural complex of “Prespa e Madhe” and “Prespa e Vogel” lakes and their surrounding territories to be natural zones of special protection and includes them in the list of wetlands of international importance especially for their water birds habitats. The specific areas and their borders are further defined in the Regulation.
