This Regulation lays down the criteria on the marketing of vegetable propagating and planting material, other than seed, its identity and quality, labelling, as well as certification rules and procedures. The Regulation is approximated with the EU Council Directive no. 2008/72/EC dated 15 July 2008. Templates of documents used in marketing are also attached to the Regulation.
