This Regulation establishes the Commission for Evaluation of Varieties to be registered in the National Catalogue and lays down its composition, tasks and responsibilities. The Regulation consists of the following Chapters: General Provisions (I); Composition of the Commission (II); Commission’s functions and rules of procedure (III); Final Provisions (IV). The Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Consumer Protection is the enforcing authority.
