This Regulation stipulates the removal from the forestry fund of six ha of forests of the Milot-Lester, Kurbin forestry economy that will be given to the ‘Ndertimi Kristian’ Ltd. for exploitation of marbleized lime stones. The business operator is responsible for rehabilitating and reforesting six ha of forests within a period of 2 years. The map of the removed areas is attached to the Regulation.
