This Regulation establishes the criteria for classification of seeds and livestock as breeding species. If a lot of grain according to the invoice is destined to the mill it is classified as cereals for consumer purposes and the Instruction on import and export of seeds and livestock for stockbreeding purposes is not applicable in this case.
