This Regulation amends Regulation No. 775 of 1996 with respect to the composition of the National Water Council, which is extended from seven members to ten. The new members are the Minister of Local Government and Decentralization, the Minister of Public Economy and Privatization and the Minister of Environment. It also appoints the Director of the Water Council Technical Secretariat as the Council Secretary.
