This Regulation approves the new SIPESCA Regulation - Incentive System for fishing activities for 2000-2001. The Regulation consists of 11 articles establishing the aim of this institution, created in order to promote fisheries sector issuing financial incentives to artisanal and coastal fishing (i.e.: for the construction of fishing boat, improvement of technology relevant to fisheries, etc.). It specifies conditions and requirements to be satisfied in order to benefit from these incentives.
