Regulation No. 9 of the Minister of Environment amending Regulation No. 83 “Establishment of the Procedure for Calculation and Payment of Charges for Special Use of Water” of 11 November 1997 of the Minister of Environment.

Clause 1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “1. In extracting water from a water body or a ground water aquifer, payment for special use of water shall be made in accordance with the charge rates established by the Government of Estonia.“
