This Regulation establishes the modalities of elaboration and application of the arrangements for reducing air pollution by emissions from thermal power stations and boiler plants of any capacity in the period of adverse weather conditions. Reduction of air pollution in the period of adverse weather conditions shall be compulsory for all enterprises. Reduction of emissions shall be calculated in relation to maximum allowable emission.
