This Regulation provides all necessary rules, measures, requirements and standards for the: a) commercial fishing on the sea; b) sequence and conditions for performing fishing activities in certain parts of the sea; c) various time limits for fishing in certain parts of the sea; d) time and place for the use of certain fishing gear; e) allowed amount of catch in certain parts of the sea, or the permitted quantity of catch during the recovery of a privileged species; f) maximum number of licenses
