This Regulation sets out requirements and conditions for applying and permitting of the import, export and transit shipment of wastes and the cases when a bank guarantee is required. The Regulation is divided into 5 chapters, Conclusion Provisions and 4 Annexes. Chapter 1 deals with the general requirements. Chapter 2 deals with the permitting conditions. Chapter 2 is divided into two parts, i.e.: (1)the list of the permitting conditions for import and transit shipment of wastes; (2) the list of
