This Regulation prescribes all necessary standards and measure to define the: particular hazardous chemicals for which the license/permit is issued (market license and license/permit for use); all potentially hazardous chemicals for which no permit is required; various application forms and other administrative requirements related to the placing on the market and/or use of particularly hazardous chemicals; data collection and official records of transactions with these chemicals.
