This Regulation stipulates the detail procedure for examining of the pre-packed products in order to verify the fulfillment of metrological requirements, requirements for equipment used in the control of quantities of pre-packed products, marking of the quantity and tolerances on the actual amount, size and shape of the markings of conformity, documentation compliance, and inscriptions and markings on bottles and similar.
