This Regulation lays down the detailed conditions regarding the storage and sale of plant protection products, to be met by companies, other legal entities and entrepreneurs dealing with them, including the form, content and manner of keeping the marketing register of plant protection products (wholesale and retail), the documentation to be submitted with the application for registration, detailed content of the records and manner for keeping records and submitting data.
