This Regulation contains general provisions for the prevention of rabies such as vaccination procedures, certification, quarantine measures for infected animals, disinfection, etc. The text also deals with supervision authorities, which are the Croatian Veterinary Institute at the national level and municipal veterinarians at the local level.
