This Regulation prescribes all contents and conditions to be met by legal person who produce documentation on mineral raw materials (documentation, shape, size and volume of geological structures suitable for storage and permanent disposal of hydrocarbon and/or related natural gases, the tasks and related duties of the official Commission for determining the reserves of mineral resources on the territory of the Croatian Republic).
